This stuff is seriously amazing. Years ago my ex & I dealt with a carpet beetle larvae infestation and it turns out I am allergic to them(if you don't know what carpet beetle larvae is, God Bless you). I have tried EVERYTHING over the years to get rid of them including about a dozen exterminator visits but they are extremely extremely extremely difficult to treat and get rid of (worse than bed bugs IMO which we had as well, we actually had an infestation of both after staying at an Airbnb in Canada). Anyway, carpet beetle larvae eat hair and I have extremely long thick hair so they're constantly after it, the larvae have all these little hairs that fly & attack my scalp and the hairs are what I'm allergic to so my scalp is constantly itching. It's like being in hell basically (this review just took a very dark turn, didn't it?) But the good news is this scalp treatment is incredibly effective, it doesn't solve my problem obviously but I have tried a lot of things to treat the itching and burning, including literally rubbing Benedryl ointment or topical steroid ointment directly onto my scalp and I have found this scalp treatment to be the most effective to treat the symptoms. I've also tried a couple of other scalp treatments with tea tree oil b/c carpet beetle larvae allegedly hate tea tree oil although I honestly don't think the larvae hairs are at all bothered by it. Anyway out of the 3 I've tried so far this one is hands down the best & I just ordered my 2nd tube of it. I'm not sure why it's only advertised for men but whatever. The smell is definitely strong but it really doesn't bother me at all. Would highly recommend for anyone dealing with an itchy scalp!

I love the way this makes my scalp feel! It tingles with minty goodness for about 15 minutes after applying and rubbing in. I can really feel it working. I use this as a leave-in as opposed to rinsing it in the shower. I've suffered from scalp psoriasis for years and have had prescribed topical treatments that quite literally feel like nothing and do nothing. After just a few uses, this definitely at least *feels* like it's working. And I haven't had any flare ups since, so I guess that's a good sign! I also like the consistency of this. It has a very, very slight oily viscosity, but doesn't just drip down your face like other scalp oils sometimes do. This soaked right into my skin.

Ordered this for my husband who has dreadlocks. Helps control itchiness in his hair and gives a slight tingly feeling. It smells a bit medicinal, but that's typical of tea tree products. Works great!!

Nice balance of thickness and fluidity.Its glides around my hand but not so watery to where it drips off your hand making a mess. It also goes where you put it with the nice pounty tip. Its aimed/targeted at guys, but my hair needed this! I haven't noticed too much of a difference quite yet, but we'll see what difference (if any) after a few more uses.Smells like a sweet minty gun. Overall not a bad item. I'll continue to use it.

This feels soothing to an itching dry scalp or just to feel a nice cooling sensation that moisturizes. Great for men and women.

My husband sometimes has a dry scalp and beard do I thought this would be good for him. It smells okay not too strong and it goes in smoothly. When we got it the top was leaking so it needs a stronger top but not too much spilled. We have noticed his hair is a lot less dry and flaky after using for a week so it does work.

This product is great, light and soothing for an itchy scalp, with a nice scent.

The design of the bottle sort of reminds me of how you open up a tube of caulk. You have take off the tip, and then use scissors to cut off the end so that the tonic will pour. It's hard to get the tip cover off if you have soapy hands. Wish they had designed it better.I do feel a nice cool feeling on my scalp afterwards. Not sure if that is from the tea tree oil, peppermint, or from the alcohol, or a combination of the 3. Unfortunately, my dandruff is not acting up due to all this hot humid weather, so can't test that part until winter time, assuming I still have any of this left.

I used this for some ongoing issues with scalp build-up and itchiness, hair loss, etc. The only negative side for me is that this is advertised as a male product - I feel like that probably limits the customer base who may be interested in this scalp oil as a remedy for many issues shared by both men and women, but I digress. Point is, this stuff really works and instantly relieved my itch/discomfort, also very moisturizing! I was surprised by how much I liked it and will definitely order again

It works ok. It feels amazing and I love the oils, essential oils, and menthol. It really soothes the scalp. The one thing I don't like is the alcohol. I feel like without it and a few other ingredients this would be a 5 star product and moisturize even better.

Can't say enough about how good this product is. Compared to others I've used in the past this is the complete package. Women at work asked me how does my skin stay so clear and smooth, besides this and the other TCM products nothing. TCM has me as a customer for life!

I used this product for my scalp. I've been having issues with a smelly scalp and dandruff. I can wash my hair and the next day my scalp stinks. I have been using this product for about a week and it makes my scalp smell a little better but it has not totally rid me of it. However I have noticed a dramatic decrease in dandruff which is great. This product smells great and it's not overpowering after it dries which I really like.

I use this for my son's curly hair. Helps keep his scalp moisturized.

This product delivers on all of the label's claims; it is soothing, anti-itch, and detoxes. The only thing that I do not like is that my wife will be violating the "Man Code" by using my TCM product; she loves it too. Great job on the formulation!Thanks,

I have occasional itchy scalp and sensitivity. I used the tonic as soon as it arrived. Upon application, it felt cool and soothing. The packaging is straight forward and easy to use. TCM provides very clear instructions for two types of applications, pre-shampoo and leave-in.
