SHIPPING AND RETURNS

Shipping Options:

  1. FedEx  SmartPost – service could take 2-5 business days for delivery

  4. Delivery time:
  5. For US Orders: Normally takes 2-5 business days
  6. For International Orders: Usually takes 8-14 business days.
  7. Shipping Policies:
  8. All delivery times are estimated from the time your order leaves our processing center.
  9. Domestic Orders:
  10. The purchaser is responsible for providing the correct mailing address. We do not make address adjustment unless notified. So please verify you enter the correct address. Please be certain your address is correct regardless of your ordering process, before finalizing your order. We can not be responsible for goods delivered to the wrong address. If you happen to catch that you entered the wrong address you can email us at customerservce@tcmlifestyle.com with the correct shipping address before your order is shipped. Once shipped we will not be responsible for the wrong address.
  11. Order Processing Times:
  12. Please allow 24 hours to process your order, all orders processed after 5 pm will be considered next business day order (except holidays and weekends). Shipping is usually 2-5 business days. Orders submitted on weekends will process within 2 business days.
  13. All packages, unless otherwise stipulated, once processed, are shipped via Federal Express Smart Post. This service provides delivery confirmation for all of our orders. All delivery times are estimated from the time your order leaves our processing center.
  14. Canadian Customers:
  15. Canada Customs requires Canadian recipients to pay applicable duties and taxes on each shipment entering Canada. These charges may include PST, GST, HST, duties and other taxes of goods (e.g., excise tax). A brokerage fee is also charged to process shipments and present the requisite customs paperwork to Canada Customs on the importer’s behalf.
  16. Incorrect Shipping Information:
  17. If a package is returned to TCM Products LLC due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by a customer, or if the customer was not home for delivery the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the redelivery cost. TCM Products LLC is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by a customer, no refunds will be provided if any parts of the address are incorrect.
  18. Lost or Stolen Packages:
  19. TCM Products LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have a confirmed delivery to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, TCM Products LLC will confirm delivery to the provided address, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
  20. Damaged Product and Incorrect Orders:
  21. TCM Products LLC will investigate claims for damaged products or incorrect orders on a case-by-case basis. After the investigation has been completed and a responsible party has been identified, TCM Products LLC will adjudicate the claim. Please report any claims via phone or email (customerservice@tcmlifestyle.com) within 5 business days of receiving the damaged product or an incorrect order.
  22. Items not in Stock:
  23. We strive to have all of our products available for immediate shipment. Due to popularity and high demand for our products, some products may go on back order. We will take all necessary steps to advise you in a prompt manner if this situation occurs. If it is possible to ship a portion of an order, we will send out all available items and place the remainder as a back-order, to be shipped as soon as possible with no extra shipping charges to you.
  24. Refund and Money Back Guarantee
  25. TCM Products LLC stands behind the products we sell. If there is any discrepancy with your order please contact us via email or phone by 7am Eastern Time the next business day.   2. We are committed to excellence and our customer’s satisfaction. If for some reason, you are not 100% satisfied with your order, Please return all unused products. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied, you can return your order within 5 days: Items purchased in a store, barber shop, on Amazon, or any online outlet (other than www. tcmlifestyle.com) must be returned to that store, shop, or online outlet. Please refer to that retail outlets individual return policy for details.
